(CSR) is a concept that organizations,
especially (but not only) corporations, have an obligation
to consider the interests of customers, employees, shareholders,
communities, and ecological considerations in all aspects
of their operations. This obligation is seen to extend
beyond their statutory obligation to comply with legislation.
CSR is closely linked with the
principles of Sustainable Development, which argues that
enterprises should make decisions based not only on financial
factors such as profits or dividends, but also based on
the immediate and long-term social and environmental consequences
of their activities.

Abhilash group is soon planning
to come up with a self-entrepreneurship development program
named TRANSCEND . In an atmosphere where big business
schools are luring students to join them on the basis
of good placements and higher salary structures, there
seems to be a crisis for entrepreneurs. Our b-schools
are encouraging youngsters to get employed in big MNCs
for a secure future rather than helping them create employment
for themselves and for others. Our B schools are full
of academicians some of whom have never set foot into
the industry sector. Business management that comes right
from practical experience is far more advanced than academic
study. Another reason why youngsters are moving towards
getting employed is because of the basic attitude that
has been instilled in them during their years in schools
and colleges. Parents also normally advice children that
their future will be secure in some big company or with
government job. But, how can one’s future be secure
in a business managed by somebody else? Does this mean
that the youth is not taught all the business operations
and hence are not confident in starting their own business.
Abhilash Group’s program is oriented in bringing
forth the entrepreneurial qualities of our youth. The
first step towards it is creating a blank mind as the
impressions of the past are reflected in one’s decision
making. One Entrepreneur can bring about a difference
in the economy of a village/town.

Establishing Water Projects
in Slum Areas
When a firm or a company grows
in a city, directly or indirectly it owes its success
to the people of the city with whose support the company
has progressed. It is for this reason that the company
owes some kind of social responsibility where they have
been engaged in business. Each company has its own way
of repayments to the city. Some may sponsor traffic islands,
gardens, water coolers, temples, benches on the foot path
etc. Where all these forms are widely accepted Abhilash
group has identified the most crucial problem of the common
man of Visakhapatnam.
Water supply is minimal or nil
in various localities of the city. People residing in
such places and even children have to carry water from
long distances in order to fulfill their daily requirements.
Water is the lifeline of human race and all living beings.
No one can survive without water. Hence, Abhilash group
has decided to fulfill this basic requirement of the people
of its hometown by digging at least one bore-well in every
locality where people are suffering from lack of water.
Since ground water is available in abundance this seems
to be the logical way of serving the needs of the people.

Abhilash Constructions has also
been adopting students for education purpose ,In sense
that those students who did well in their academics but
are discontinuing their career due to financial constraints
are being adopted and funded by the company to pay their
tution fees and other necessary expenses to complete their
educational course .
As on date , Abhilash Constructions
is satting apart Rs.300000 annually , This amount would
rationally increase with the growth of the company.
